We are seeking a qualified professional Regional Site Manager for the following two regions:

-Mid Missouri: Columbia, Jefferson City
-Southern California: Palm Springs/El Centro

Summary:

This position is responsible for the “on site" management of all SBA sites within their assigned geographic area by ensuring that these towers are continually marketed and in compliance with industry standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•Manage co-lo approvals, disapprovals, A&E site walks, pre and post construction site inspections, drop and swaps and tower enhancements in assigned territory.
•Complete and submit the tenant installation form to corporate.
•Perform site audits to ensure tenant compliance per the lease agreement with changes submitted to corporate for database correction and possible lease amendment; submit documentation.
•Provide routine maintenance and assessments on all tower sites including repair of alarm monitoring instruments, lighting units and any other issues deemed appropriate. Notify Sr. RSM of all such conditions.
•Coordinate with Corporate Utilities Analysts to resolve any site specific utility issues.
•Ensure that tower space and ground space is being used efficiently.
•Responsible for M&A site evaluations, upgrades and corrections.
Review M&A trackers, work with corporate to ensure quick transition to SBA control, including but not limited to site upgrades (fencing, tower painting, and lighting control replacement, etc.), tower light conversions to NOCC.
•Perform annual inspections and provide the necessary documentation upon request.
•Perform quarterly inspections for FAA/FCC compliance as well as completes and maintains trackers for inspection.
•Other projects and duties as assigned.

•BA/BS in related preferred.
•3-5 years experience in the construction of wireless sites/ construction management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•Inspect and approve all sub-contractor's work.
•Schedule and coordinate with all local authorities for required inspections.
•Complete work in a timely and efficient manner by planning, prioritizing and mobilizing staff, materials and subcontractors to meet progression schedule.
•Ensure Superintendent is apprised of construction progress, concerns and deviations from plans or established schedule.
•Identify all materials and other resources needed to complete project.
•Coordinate resources to meet construction schedules.
•Coordinate delivery and off-loading of towers, materials, generators and shelters.
•May identify construction "punch list" of items to be remedied and ensure they are completed prior to customer’s inspection.
•May finalize all inspections to close project.
•Assign tasks to fellow crew members and perform civil or tower construction activities such as site clearing and leveling, digging trenches, grounding, forming, shoring, pouring and finishing concrete, spreading rock, stacking towers, testing, positioning antennas, installing antennas, running coax, etc.
•Ensure tasks assigned to crew are completed in timely, quality manner.
•Train and assist employees in completing tasks. Professionally interact with client’s representatives.
•May maintain and enforce all SBA and OSHA safety practices, perform daily jobsite safety inspections on equipment prior to operation. Immediately stops work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist.
•Must be able to work overtime to include Saturdays, Sundays and evening hours.
•Perform other related duties as required.

Summary of Position: Construction Manger is responsible for the daily operations of the teams deployed to perform field services. Covering multiple teams working in multiple locations within a close geographical area. They are the direct interface between the “Contractor” or “In House” service crews to the customer and communicate back up the chain to their Project Manager. They maintain accountability for Service Personnel times, performance of duties, and quality control. They the relay data to the PM to maintain a tracker that shows the progress of work and provides communication to assure we are billing upon completion of services rendered.

Essential Functions: (CM) Construction Manager maintains accountability for the Service teams and the work being performed. Assure quality workmanship, maintains communication between (PM’s) Project Manager’s and our Service teams and Sub-Contractors. She/he provides technical and logistical support to field teams. Over sees and assists Crew Leads and Crew Foremen as needed. Brings a firsthand knowledge of all aspects of Wireless Construction trades. Knowledgeable in Close out packages, Photo documentation, QC, Punch list corrections. 

Additional Responsibilities: As designated by the reporting manger. Assist in completion of assigned projects, Interacts with Local suppliers and Specialty Service providers (i.e. Electricians, Concrete/Masons), and Training of Subordinates.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 year field experience as a Construction Manager, and 2 years as a Crew Lead/Foreman.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent, Technical Trade school or College are additionally helpful.

Experience: Field Technician for a minimum of 2 years and 1 year as a Construction Manger.

•         Identify environmental and/or land management issues and work with environmental compliance and land management teams to resolve.

•         Identify missing information through various reporting tools, work on obtaining the information and updating OASIS collocation tracker accordingly.

•         Request Purchase Orders or Area Waivers for costs related to application fees, engineering services, capital contributions, one time fees, site audits, and other relevant ancillary services.

•         Work with the Tower Finance and Redevelopment teams to update customers on pass through and capital contribution costs.

•         Minimize processing errors and re-work by thoroughly reviewing applications and correcting any errors prior to submission.

List of skills required to be a tower technician:

Must be proficient at knot tying and have knowledge of their application (ie - Clove hitch, Bowline, Rolling Pipe Hitch etc)

Willing to work outdoors and be exposed to all types of weather(extreme hot and cold)
Ability to read, comprehend As-builts - Site Plans
Ability to work independently under limited supervision

Background in tower assembly, including antenna assembly, waveguide, and coax connector assembly. Calibration/Testing skills required using Anritsu Site Master

Must be computer literate
Perform routine tower maintenance
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project profitability
Maintain a professional working attitude with co-workers and customers

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be authorized to work in Canada
Valid Canadian drivers licence
Must be willing to travel throughout western Canada
Good physical condition including good eyesight and hearing
Successful completion of a CPR and/or first aid course (copies of certificates will be required)
Tower Safety and Rescue Course Certification with an accredited provider (copies of certificates will be required)

Details on Auditor Duties: 
-To inspect and audit all cellular and microwave civil/equipment - installs/upgrades/removals
 determine Line of site for microwave installs. Investigate microwave path/signal loss
-Investigate antenna down tilt, azimuth issues and adjust or repair as necessary
-Act as in-house repair team and provide assistance to multiple departments/site technicians with antenna/sector(s) issues - Replace or repair as necessary
-Assist with power outage issues i.e.: Coordinate and accompany generator deployment during outages
 -Test and sweep new TX line/antenna/microwave installs using Anritsu Sweep gear - Validate contractors results.
-Repair/Replace connectors during scheduled outages to ensure cell site quality optimization

TELECOM PROJECT MANAGER (top)
On behalf of our top-tier telecommunications client, WirelessWerks is currently seeking a Project Manager to manage and coordinate microwave upgrades on their network in British Columbia, based from head office in Burnaby, British Columbia.  The role involve coordinating activities for upgrades of wireless telecommunication infrastructure including microwave equipment on radio towers and cell sites. The candidates should be confident, well organized and be able to work well in a team environment. 
Job Responsibilities: 
Key responsibilities for the position involves managing the microwave upgrades on cell sites throughout BC. These include coordination of the following activities: Review schedules and priorities, review work orders, request quotes from contractors, award projects to contractors, submit PO requests, order equipment, schedule and coordinate contractors, coordinate with civil project managers, schedule testing, provide contractor status updates to PM, coordinate with commissioning, receive against POs, complete acceptance and close out packages. The majority of responsibilities pertain to microwave overlays and upgrades.  
The Project Manager role involves overseeing the efforts of the team, including Technical Coordinators. The candidate must be results driven, able to look at a project from a high level to determine requirements from shake holders to complete the project. Managing financials, motivating members to drive for success and identifying risks as well as resolutions to meet time line are also integral parts of the position. 
The greater component of the work is office-based; tracking projects, scheduling services and target dates. The role will also require the candidates to travel to cell sites to carry out required on-site activities.
Skills/Qualifications:
*   2 plus years in the wireless industry.
*   Microsoft office applications (including Project).
*   Should have a good technical understanding with good documentation skills and excellent decision making ability. Be able to deal with complexity, problem solving, and have strong project management and coordination skills.
