customer specifications, setting of antenna azimuths ( with regards to area declination ) prior to completion of RF installation, path alignment of microwave dishes ( line of site ), installing connectors on coax and wave guide, and down tilt verification of RF antennas.

As a lead hand I also was responsible for completing the JSA ( Job Safety Analysis ) forms and assisting the foreman in daily, on the job, tailgate and safety meetings. I also took photos of work being completed on site and took photos of  completed phases of work ie; conduit trenches and ground rings before being back filled, also antennas that were installed, grounding and weatherproofing on cables and antennas, color codes, down tilt and plumb verification of antennas with a digital level, cable supports and over all site photos.

I continued my employment with Radian Communications until the US offices of Radian were sold to BCI Communications in the spring of 2007.
Our office as a whole was sold to BCI and I was briefly employed by BCI ( maybe 3 to 4 weeks ), until they shut down our office in late May of 2007.

I went through the Com Train climbing safety and rescue course with BARAN and was also certified in first aid and adult cpr ( both expire on 6/14/2007 ).
My employment with BARAN ended when corporate management decided that there was no profitable telecom market in
California and closed down our office. Many were laid off, but myself and 3 other employees were asked to stay with the company under the condition that we be transfered to the Tualatin, Wa office. I declined as I did before with BCI, citing family obligations.
