Construction Manager/Construction Foreman
I am seeking to bring my considerable technical and construction experience to a position as a Construction Manager/Construction Foreman with an established telecommunications company in New England. I am an experienced tower technician, having been employed as a subcontractor in the telecommunications industry for ten years as well as being recently trained to build the Sprint Vision Project.
In addition to my experience as a Construction Manager, I also have the experience and skills necessary to fill the Construction Foreman position, gained over the course of many and varied projects. These skills include:
• Performing bid walks for new projects, redlining blueprints, purchasing materials and sourcing subcontractors for Civil Construction, Lines and Antennas, and Engineering work. I often execute these duties independent of oversight. I am frequently the primary company contact for all subcontractors and clients, and communicate daily via e-mail, telephone, or in-person with all involved parties.
• Scheduling all projects from the beginning to the end to ensure that the project runs smoothly and is completed on schedule. This includes coordinating with all contractors, suppliers, utility companies, and local and state agencies. Everything from permits to inspections, deliveries to construction falls under my responsibility.
• Completing line sweeps on Anritsu sweep gear. I am Anritsu certified, and sweeping cables has been my responsibility on every project. I have also attended the most recent RFS and PPC connector training classes.
• Conducting any and all civil work on telecommunications projects. I am proficient in building and pouring foundations and slabs for towers and shelters, digging trenches, and setting posts. I am experienced in operating a man basket, a mini excavator, and a fork truck. These skills, combined with my technical experience, ensure that I am able to understand the requirements needed- as well as perform- every duty on a job site. I can step in and take over wherever the need arises.
• Experience working with every cell carrier in New England, including Verizon, AT&T/Cingular, Sprint/Nextel, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Cox Wireless, and Pocket. I have also worked on civil antennas and XM Radio.
I am very interested in exploring a career opportunity with your company. I enjoy the telecommunications industry and the daily challenges and opportunities it presents. I would like to continue to grow, and to expand my responsibilities to meet my full potential, and would welcome the opportunity to tell you how my skills can benefit and grow your company. I can be reached at 774-766-7638 or at mrjohnbyron@gmail.com.
Thank you for your time and consideration; I look forward to speaking with you soon!
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Mrs. Roxzan Bowers.
I have known Ms. Smith for seven years, both as her manager at Conti Communications Inc. from 2007
through 2009, and as a professional colleague.
Mrs. Bowers is an extremely versatile and talented assistant. She effectively supported two $9 million
dollar revenue grossing projects for Conti Communications (2007 2009). During these projects Ms.
Bowers was responsible for creating, implementing and managing a multifaceted organizational
structure critical for ensuring the timely delivery of a quality product. She gracefully and intelligently
liasoned with a range of subcontractors keeping their closeout submissions on time while working to
correct any quality issues. Her dedication to quality customer service was bar none.
Ms. Bower's organization and attention to detail is among the best I have seen. She has the drive,
energy and professionalism necessary to see complex projects through to completion. She is the
epitome of a team playe, a professional who wins the respect of others through her integrity and
unwavering desire to deliver the best quality work.
I can confidently recommend Mrs. Bowers for any leadership support roles.

RE: Roxzan Bowers
To Whom It May Concern:
I have known and worked with Roxzan (Roxy) since October of 2004. Roxy has
consistently proven to be an asset to this company.
Roxy's current position requires her to schedule a staff of over 100 representatives
with multiple work schedules and duties. She is responsible for the staffing of a catalog
call center that services five various clients. Roxy is also our liaison with our Colorado
call center staff. She is responsible for communicating between the two call centers and
making our supervisory/management staff aware of any sudden changes that are
occurring and making any recommendations to assure that everythmg continues to run
smoothly and efficiently.
*
*
Another attribute that Roxy possesses and 1 feel should be mentioned is her ability to learn a new job function very quickly
and effortlessly. She is not afraid to ask questions and she has a keen mind that enables her to know what questions are worth
asking and she takes the initiative to find the answers. We recently purchased a new scheduling • system and Roxy was
instrumental in the implementation of this new system. She learned how to operate the system and trained others. She has
written a manual to help assist others with the system, in her absence.
If you are considering Roxy for a position with your company I would like you to accept this letter as my affirmation of her
exceptional work ability and ethics. Please feel free to call me at 607-857-7438 if you have any other questions.
