PERSONAL
I initiated the concept of attending and graduating the certified ComTrain Instructor courses. This enabled me to collaborate with my employer and set up training for all employees instead of a select few. This prevented the company from having to put jobs on hold and allot extra money for employee’s travel, food, lodging and course expense ($1,000.00 per employee). As a certified ComTrain (tower climbing, safety and rescue) instructor, I train the employees at the office, saving the company time and money.

I am demanding of employees and myself yet respectful. I have a strong conviction to complete jobs correctly and on time, preventing any complaints issued by the customer to the company. In the event of a complaint issued by the customer, I inspect the issue from conception to completion, resolving the issue immediately, and strive to prevent the same issue arising in the future.
Prior to conducting site walks and job bids, the company was experiencing negative profit margins. I researched the issue from conception to completion, finding that these jobs were bided as one-man jobs instead of three to four men jobs. I brought this to the attention of upper management and brought the company out of a negative profit margin back into a positive profit margin. The company elevated my job duties at that point to include conducting the site walks and job bids.

Revised and implemented the human resources safety policies and procedures.
