Conditions:
The PM will typically spend approximately 25% of his/her time in the field (i.e. meeting with the client, attending site visits, jurisdiction/neighborhood meetings, public hearings, etc.) and 75% in the office (preparing reports, meeting with staff, etc.), with the percentages varying based on the actual stage of the project. Extensive computer use is expected. The PM must provide their own vehicle (site mileage is reimbursed).

Training is provided but you must have some experience climbing and be willing to learn tower construction. Additional experience with tower rescue training, using a Wiltron, running Andrew and CommScope coax, microwave termination, shelter pads, electrical services and ground ring installation are preferred and will be taken into consideration. TOWER CLIMBERS (top)
Under close supervision, assists with the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of antenna systems, communication towers and support structures. Tower Technicians work irregular hours, work under hazardous conditions, and regularly work under adverse conditions (e.g., high towers, inclement weather, remote sites, etc.) in the performance of the job. Tower Technicians work throughout Southern California, may be required to travel out of state, and must be willing to travel overnight on an as needed basis.
